Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

 

Ingredients

1.5 c whole wheat flour
1.5 c white flour
salt to taste
1 c warm water
1 T yeast
2 T vegetable oil



Directions

In large bowl, mix flours and salt. In another bowl, combine water and yeast; let sit for a minute. Add oil to water/yeast mixture. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Turn out on floured board and knead for 6-8 minutes. Put in bowl, cover and let raise 45 minutes. Split dough in 2; spread on a baking sheet or stone. Cook at 425 for 10 minutes. Add toppings (count nutrition info separately) and bake for another 10 minutes. Makes 2 crusts; 8 pieces each.
